- In the app open Plans, press Choose and pick monthly or yearly.
- Send the amount with one of the payment methods shown there, in its currency, and enter the transaction id or reference.
- We check the payment by hand and email you as soon as your plan is active.

Questions
How do I pay, and how long does approval take?
In the app open Plans, press Choose on a plan and pick one of the payment methods shown there. Send the amount in that method's currency, then enter the transaction id or reference (and a screenshot if you like). Our team checks each payment by hand and you get an email as soon as your plan is active, or if something is missing.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Every plan payment, new, upgrade or renewal, can be refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked. Plans never renew by themselves, so you are never charged again without choosing to pay.
What does the free trial include, and what happens after it?
New accounts get 21 days with every tool and up to 3 trading accounts, without a card. When the trial or a plan ends, nothing is deleted: every trade, note, playbook and report stays readable, and you can keep importing files or adding trades by hand on one account. Auto-sync, replay, backtesting, the prop firm tracker, the AI coach and mentor spaces pause until you choose a plan.
Which plan is right for prop firm traders?
Pro or Elite: both include the prop firm challenge tracker (daily loss, static or trailing drawdown, profit target, trading days and every fee and payout) and enough accounts for several challenges.
Does every plan sync MetaTrader 5?
Yes. Essential, Pro and Elite all include the read-only ICC Zillas Sync EA for MetaTrader 4 and 5, which sends every closed trade and open position every 30 seconds with a private token, no password.
