Frequently asked
Which platforms can I import from?
MetaTrader 4 and 5 sync automatically with the ICC Zillas Sync EA, or you can upload their history reports. cTrader, TradingView, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Binance and prop firm dashboards work through a CSV export: we recognise the columns by their names.
Can the sync EA trade on my account?
No. It only reads your closed trades and open positions and sends them to your journal. It never opens, changes or closes a trade, and it needs no password: it uses a private sync token.
Will the same trade be imported twice?
No. Every trade is matched by its ticket or position number, so you can import the same report again or run the sync EA next to file imports safely.
What is the Zillas Score?
A 0–100 score built from six parts of good trading: win rate, profit factor, average win against average loss, recovery, drawdown control and consistency. A high score needs all six, not one lucky month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 7 days with all features. No card needed.
Where is my data stored, and who can see it?
