What we collect
- Your account details: email address, name and a hashed password.
- The trading data you add: accounts, trades, notes, tags, playbooks, journal entries and screenshots.
- If you use the Sync EA: your broker account number and server name, balance, equity, closed trades and open positions. Never your trading password.
- Basic technical data (browser type, time zone) to run the service.
How we use it
Only to run ICC Zillas for you: to show your journal, statistics and reports, to keep your account secure and to answer support requests. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.
Where it is stored
On servers run by ICC Terminal. Access is limited to the people who maintain the service.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any trade, account or note at any time. To delete your whole account and its data, contact us and we will do it within 30 days.
Cookies
The app keeps your login and display settings in your browser's local storage. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
